Background: I am a Masters of Medical Sciences in Clinical Investigation student at the Harvard Medical School. I have received my Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences, India in 2021. I am a licensed physician in India and have served as a junior resident in Pediatrics in Delhi Government Hospital.
Research Interests: My research interest is medical oncology, especially gastroenterological cancers. I am pursuing translation research track as a part of my masters and am working as a graduate student in the Sethi Lab. Currently my work involves studying mechanisms of resistance to anti HER2 gastric cancer therapies, molecular basis of therapy associated polyposis and novel therapeutics of colorectal cancers. Life Balance: I am big Bollywood fan and love listening to old hindi songs during my free time. I love reading fiction novels, especially the classics.
