Background: I was born and raised in Jiangsu, China. My undergraduate major was Clinical Medicine. Since my undergraduate graduation, I have devoted myself to researching and exploring the mechanism of cancer development.
During my master's degree, I investigated the mechanisms of ACSS2/CBP/Snail1 involved in breast cancer migration and invasion. During my Ph.D. studies at Jiangsu University, my research focus was mainly to explore the role of m6A modification in the progression of pancreatic cancer. Due to many years of research experience, I have a good command of manipulative skills like cell-based experiment and animal experiment. Research Interests/Projects: I am very interested in studying the mechanisms of cancer occurrence and development. I am very happy to join Sethi Lab this year. My specific project will be focused on investigating a new mouse model being created in the lab to study Sox9 function in CRC initiation. Fun Facts and Interests: I like listening to music very much, it can make me feel relaxed and happy. On weekends, I like to take a road trip with my family and friends, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the surrounding cities and taste the local food. In addition, I recently made a plan to learn Japanese, starting with watching Japanese dramas. Contact: [email protected] |
